Wind Sculpture Studio ships all sculptures via UPS - Ground.
Shipping & Handling is not included in the retail price.
Items are shipped within 3 - 4 weeks after receipt of order, via United Parcel Service (UPS) inside the continental US and International, via United States Postal Service.
Insurance is included in the shipping price for all options.
We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with our products at the time you receive it, or the product does not perform to your satifaction, you may return it to us for repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a very reasonable charge.
Artist agrees to refund the purchase price to the customer if the customer requests such refund within 14 days of the date of sale, provided that the customer has a legitimate complaint and that the returned merchandise is in re-saleable condition.
